Mastering and remastering

I prepare audio material for distribution – whether for CD pressing plants, streaming platforms or digital media. I also handle remastering of older recordings: noise reduction, dynamic correction and loudness normalisation to current standards (LUFS).

Editing and post-production

Multi-track editing, recording cleanup, tonal and dynamic correction, spatial effects. I work with both studio and field recordings.

On-location recording

I carry out recordings at the client's chosen location – rehearsals, concerts, lectures, podcasts, material for post-production.

What I listen to

Music is my second passion – and not just professionally. Jazz is closest to my heart, though I listen to anything that is not too primitive. I believe a good sound engineer must above all be a careful listener.
